With over 20 years of experience across consulting and product development, Himanshu has spent the last decade specialising in digital health for aged care, disability, community and primary care.
As Co-Founder and CEO of Carenza Digital, he brings deep sector expertise and a sharp product lens to help providers modernise, integrate and deliver person-centric care at scale.
Spanning nearly two decades in digital health, Tim has led the design, development, migration and optimisation of multiple critical software systems used by aged care and community providers across Australia.
As Co-Founder and CTO of Carenza Digital, he combines deep technical expertise with sector experience to power person-centred care through modern, connected platforms.
Dr Pallavi Prathivadi

Dr Prathivadi is a specialist general practitioner and primary care academic, and has practiced medicine for almost fifteen years. She has several leadership and committee roles within medicine, and brings to Carenza extensive general practice sector experience and pragmatic understanding of risk and governance in Australian healthcare.

With over 20 years of experience in project delivery, process development, change management and training, Trish brings deep capability and calm leadership to the Carenza Compli team. She has spent the last decade supporting organisations in the aged care and disability sectors, and is known for building trust quickly, creating structure in complex environments, and helping teams deliver meaningful, sustainable improvements — with compliance embedded in the way work is done.
